2010-2011 Elite Performing Company Auditions

The Elite Performing Company is our dance company that performs in local community events. In addition to these performances, this group also performs the opening and closing production routines in our annual spring recital. Members of this group must have tremendous showmanship and great technique. They perform a variety of styles of dancing, and because of this, each member must be enrolled in a ballet and jazz class throughout the year (September through June). All placement decisions are made by Jennie Newman (Studio Director) and the other Elite instructors. Dancers are placed based on their age and technique level.

Audition Information

Elite Performing Company Auditions are Friday, August 6th, 2010. Dancers will learn a short routine, in which they will perform for the judges. They will also be asked to show various technical skills. All dancers MUST have their hair pulled back in a bun, wearing all black proper dance attire.

Friday, August 6th Schedule

Ages 5-7 1-1:45pm

Ages 8-11 2-3:30pm

Ages 12+ 3:30-5pm
